With over two decades of leadership experience, Porsche has adeptly led teams, influenced internal and external stakeholders, and reshaped programmatic values to create a more inclusive culture. Through her work at Howard University, Stanford University, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals she has leveraged her fortitude, diligence, cognitive empathy, and diplomacy to lead effective changes and enhanced efficiencies. As COO at bhyv Consulting, she provides strategic thought partnership to the CEO and collaborates across the organization, playing a critical role in operationalizing bhyv’s strategic plan.

A graduate of Howard University with a bachelors and a masters of business administration degrees, Porsche is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is passionate about social justice and is a strong housing advocate for her community.
