Agnes Cho

Senior Consultant

Agnes brings a decade of experience as a project manager, facilitator and community-based researcher. She has worked extensively in housing policy and advocacy, including with Alameda County’s Housing & Community Development Department, Terner Center for Housing Innovation, and Just Cities Institute. As a senior consultant and project manager with bhyv Consulting she manages complex capacity-building, evaluation, and strategy projects for government, nonprofit, and foundation partners. She is passionate about advocating for housing justice and creating the policies, systems, and infrastructure to implement transformative policy change. Agnes has an MPP from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy and a BA in anthropology from Princeton University. She was raised in Los Angeles and is fluent in Korean and Spanish.
